The product I want to purchase cannot be found on Danby's online store. Why can't I purchase this product?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. At this time we are only offering select products on Danby's Online store. 

What methods of payment can I use?
We accept American Express, Visa or Master Card. 

How long will it take for me to receive my product?
This will vary based on location within Canada and the service you have picked. We strive to have all orders shipped within 2 business days.

How do I exchange my product?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Danby Products, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges or processing fees).

How do I return an order?
To arrange return shipping, a Return Authorization (RA) is required through Danby's Consumer Care team. Please call 1-800-263-2629 to obtain an RA. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy prior to calling. 

I've returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?

Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
