To our valued customers:
As we navigate through these challenging times, Danby would like to address the status of our operations. We remain open and have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers:
- All employees who are able to work remotely are doing so.
- Warehouse operations are fully functional while practicing social distancing and increased sanitation measures.
- Masks are required for all in-store shopping and pickup appointments.
- We strive to have all orders fulfilled within 3 business days.
The situation is ever changing and we will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available. If we all continue to follow the safety guidelines set forth by our Government and Health authorities, we will get through this together.
